When the form school tells a story
In December I visited a new client. It was a condominium in a complex of apartment buildings. She is about to retire. Her husband, who previously lived alone in the flat, recently passed away. He was an alcoholic and confined to a wheelchair.
The client owns a second flat for rent in another city. The second flat is now to be given up because of the double costs. She now wants to renovate and rebuild this condominium. She tends to hoard, cannot keep order, kind of messy and is also addicted to alcohol. She spoke very openly. She wants change and a nice retirement. She didn't drink for three weeks before our appointment so that she could keep the appointment with me.
She loves the garden and the view of it when she sits in the living room. She smiles when she talks about her plants. She wishes for colors. The house is a southwest/northeast house. Northeast in facing.
The photo shows the house with the entrance situation. The entrance to her home is at number 26. It has no ground floor windows facing the street. The first floor windows still belong to her flat. The flat is on two floors. Visually, the house thus turns its back to the incoming Chi. She lives in seclusion and wants to have her peace.
The photo also shows the tree that additionally divides and blocks the semi-detached house. The entrance to the flat door runs through the left corridor of house number 24. Her entrance door is behind the right staircase on the ground floor and is thus not visible from the street. She has no energy, is listless and cannot motivate herself. She has had nothing but trouble with her work since she started living in the flat.
The view outside the main door of her flat looks straight down the basement stairs into a dark, black hole. She lacks perspective on the future, is depressed.
At the right side next to her car parking space, there’s a little space which belongs to her property. There is a fence with an access door. However, the path is not accessible. The garden shed is here (northwest). It also turns its back on the incoming energy. Garden huts or garages located in the northwest of the property is not good for the father, the man in the house. The man has died.
Her neighbour only lives in the attic of house number 26. I ended up with him first when I was looking for the front door of my client. He must walk up two long flights of stairs to get to his front door. (Look at the photo again, the grey stairs on the right).
His front door is also blocked. He has put a birch trunk in front of the door as a kind of decoration. A tree in front of the house, a tree in front of his door. He is thus blocking himself. He also does not want any contact with the surroundings. My client told me that he was ill. He also has a connection to the northwest of the property (garden hut without access), even though it is not used by him. His view out of the front door also shows no open view to the outside. The view is not unobstructed, but falls on a roof slope of the staircase.
To improve the situation immediately, I advised her to move the entrance where the chi has more space to gather and led nicely onto the property. The entrance gate could be attractively designed with two flower pots to highlight the entrance for short notice. Even though the door opens in Yin Motion so far, but it can still help in the short term. She loves her garden and she loves her plants. This will give her a good feeling and a nice view, when coming home. The garden shed will be removed. In future, a path will lead the incoming energy across the garden to the new patio door. The conservatory is to be renovated. The planned door is to have a lock on the outside, so that access is possible this way. The back of the house has much more facing and view into the future.
The Chue Style Feng Shui focuses on “form and energy”, which is different from other feng shui practitioners who primarily look at flying stars. Understanding the form and energy is crucial. If the energy of the property is good, people live there will have a healthy and easy life.
I will keep you posted on the interesting development of this consultation.
