In this foundational module, you will explore:
• The principles of Qi and how energy moves through space
• Yin & Yang as the basis of balance in environment and life
• The Five Elements and their practical meaning in Feng Shui
• Introduction to the Bagua and its symbolic language
• How living spaces affect health, emotions, and focus
• Recognising energetic blockages and restoring flow
• Creating harmony without force or excess intervention
