An excellent introduction to the main principles of Feng Shui. You will be able to understand
the key concepts of Feng Shui that will give guidance how the environment can affect human well being.
You will be given different solutions to improve your home environment and work area. Master Kristina will draw from her wealth of experience to provide practical examples.

1. Yin and Yang : how to live in rythm with the Cosmos
2. The use of colours as to the 5 Chinese elements and cycles of the 5 elements
illustrations per video and practical examples for your home
3. How to create balance and harmony within a space
i.e. in your own flat or house
4. The Celestial Animals in your environment i.e.
The Chi outside your home
5. How to Attract and circulate vital energy (chi) inside and outside of your home
6. Enhance the energy of your home using natural elements
7. The art of placement in your home for harmony
