Question: I have lost my password to login to the website.
Answer: Click on “login” (right top of website), scroll down and click on “forgot your password?” and follow the instructions.

Question: How do I edit my consultant details?
Answer: Login to the website on: https://www.chuefoundation.org/login. After being logged in, click on “My account”, then on “view my profile”, then on the “cog/gear icon” (just right of your image) to edit your profile. After editing all your profile details, click on “update profile”.

Question: How do I edit my teacher/school details?
Answer: Login to the website on: https://www.chuefoundation.org/login.  Click on “Members Area” and then on “Teacher Admin” –> edit teacher profile / edit a school.

Question: How do I add a course?
Answer: Login to the website on: https://www.chuefoundation.org/login.  Click on “Members Area” and then on teacher admin –> “Add a course” and fill in the details of your course.

Question: I have changed my email and cannot login..
Use your new email and your “old” password to login.

Question: I cannot find myself as a consultant.
Answer: Please login to the website and edit ALL your consultant details. You will need to add a location/Country!

Question: The website has a mistake / is not working correctly. How do I report this?
Answer: At the bottom of this page there is a list of problems that we are aware of and are working on. Please report other problems to webmaster@chuefoundation.org

Question: Can I be listed as a consultant in multiple countries/locations?
Answer: No, multiple listings are not possible. Alternatively you can change your listing location as many times as you want.

Known issues with the website

  • Some of the images are not very beautiful or they are repetitive. If you have beautiful images that you would like to share on the website (copyright free and in gold and deep red colors), please send them to webmaster@chuefoundation.org. We will consider any image; however, we cannot guarantee that we will use it or explain why the image was not used.
  • The map with members has gone. This is a software issue we have no control over. We are waiting for an update by the developpers of the plugin.
  • Translations are not available. Due to the extensive work to trnaslate the website and keep it up to date in multiple languages there is currently no plan to translate the website. Please use google translate to read the website in another language.
